We are current customers who drove three hours to get to our storage unit, only to realize we left the key at home. Yesenia was so wonderful in helping us! She was patient and explained the process to us. She went above and beyond to help us, and in the most friendly way. I cannot speak highly enough of Yesenia’s customer service. Thank you, Yesenia!
The CubeSmart on Alabama Avenue in Nashville has two wonderful employees (Gus and Yesenia), who have created a needed human experience in an increasingly non-human business environment. I have had a unit here for going on 4 years. Always pay on time. Yet my rate keeps increasing while new customers are given deals far cheaper. I have always had great experiences with CubeSmart over the years. Whether for myself in 2021 & 2022 in East Nashville or for my son while he was in college (2021-2024) in NYC at the W. 44th St location. By far the absolute best storage experience I've ever had. The staff feels like friends and family and the facilities are immaculate. Highly recommend.
