Unit is fine, but whole premise of this storage place is that it's an indoor cube, but there are essentially no carts to transport any of your items. Maybe it was a deal in terms of money, but not in terms of effort.
We had one day to build some shelves and move our unit and we called Julie on a holiday weekend and she delivered!! Thank you so much for helping us out, it made all the difference! You’re an absolute star and whoever Julie’s boss is should give her a raise.
I can't begin to say all the good things about this storage facility on Alabama Ave. In Nashville, TN. I have had up to 5 units there at a time. The access was convenient. The price was very reasonable (esp with the deals I found) Staff was always responsive and helpful. i felt safe there. It was clean (even the bathrooms.) Totally great experience. Highly recommend.
