I have had a very positive experience at CubeSmart, Franklin, Tennessee. From beginning to end, the representatives I dealt with were so polite and helpful. I especially want to recognize Ashley, but also Aaron and Amber. Thank you!
I had a unit for 3 years Cubesmart in Brentwood for work supplies. Ashley provided the greatest customer service to help me with company supplies. Ashley is awesome to work with.
Ashley is so great to work with. Facility is clean and well maintained.
Ashley was very happy, nice and friendly. Excellent hospitality, grateful for her help
I really appreciate this facility. It’s clean and bright, easy to navigate and the staff is beyond helpful! Ashley has fixed issues (that I caused) quickly and I really appreciate the level of professionalism she conveys. Always quick to help and guide, it’s rare these days!
