Jennifer was excellent at answering all of my questions. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the conversation.
Kameron was absolutely phenomenal. He answered all of my questions and ensured that all of my storage needs would be met! Edit: went to get my things from storage (during business hours) and none of the panels to put my code in were working! I’m in the military and have movers at my house and now I can’t get my stuff out of the unit! No one answered the phone and now I have to be inconvenienced (pay to come back from a different state, pay for a U-Haul, etc) because no one is at work when they are supposed to be at work! The employee who opens up the storage is always late. It's very difficult to get access to MY possessions. If it was a one time occurrence maybe I wouldn't leave a negative review but this is a recurring issue. Prime Storage needs to hold employees accountable for being late or not showing up for work.
Great customer service beautiful storage space
