Update: This place has MOLD all my stuff just ruined terrible , the lady upfront helped me gave me gloves and everything but the level of damage to my items DO NOT RENT HERE -Sweet Lady In office on November 11th really took care of all our needs, very helpful and walked us to the unit and restroom because we were a little lost but she didn’t hesitate to help out.
I got behind on my storage unit and they have been very understanding and havent sold my stuff. I lost my bf, he passed away unexpectedly and I have had so hard of a time trying to make it on a fixed income but prime storage has helped me tremendously. I would Def recommend them if u need a storage unit. Thank yall so much!
