Amazing customer service. I’m a mom trying to make ends meet and I’m doing the best I can MJ Pemberton is a wonderful woman! She really understood me not just as a customer but as a mother who just needed a little help, I managed to get a better price on a unit that went up double the price. This past weekend wasn’t ideal for moving due to the continuous rain, but MJ Pemberton truly made the experience much more manageable. She was exceptionally kind and professional from the start. Understanding the challenges the weather presented, MJ suggested an alternative parking option to help us unload quickly and even provided towels to keep our furniture dry after unloading the U-Haul truck. My husband and I had to unexpectedly find and use a storage unit when our rental property flooded for the last time! We knew from past experience that it was susceptible to flooding yet we just weren't prepared for the damage and fallout.
