First they say you get a months storage free not after all the fees. It tallies up to be just under your monthly fee. They went up 3 times in one year on my unit. They have their dumpster locked so you are unable to dispose your trash. Customers cannot use the dumpster at all. The furniture dollies were all broken but one. When I moved out. The last few times I went to my unit, the elevator which my unit is right around the corner from was out of service. They also do not prorate your move out. Christie the manager, has excellent customer service. She always greets me by name and gives a warm and friendly smile. The facility is always clean and well maintained.
The facility is in excellent condition. Automated systems are easy to navigate. The manager on duty the evening I moved in was Christie, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
This location is top tier. The facility is kept cool enough to preserved stored items of all kinds, and Christie in the office is friendly, professional, helpful, and insightful. Thank you for being great!
