Katherine was sooo helpful. She was great helping me and my mom pick the right space size and was so kind about it. She is definitely a keeper. I had a problem using the lock and she took the time to help with that as well. She had a positive attitude and you don’t feel like you are bothering her. We thank her for her excellent customer service!!

I think l'm really going to like it here , the lady l spoke to over the phone she helped me to set up my rental account on line she was very helpful, very pleasant , l'am so sorry l don't remember her name , l would like to think her again by name for being so kind and helpful. When l got to my unit there was a welcoming bag waiting for me with a free lock and some very useful information my unit is very clean my first month rental is free , l have gotten so many text welcoming me making sure my move was ok 🤗 l will recomme... read more
