Could never get the person who worked there to call me back. My disabled college daughter had to figure out the best door to go in to access the storage and it was pretty far from the entrance. We just got an email with instructions.
Edit 1 yr later.. Price has gone up from starting $160 monthly..3 months later, it changed to $232..same storage unit..another 9 months have passed, got a notice yesterday stating new price is $295 starting June 1st..actively looking at other options..almost a 100% increase in 14 months.. Edit 2 months later..just re-reading this post and clearly the owner didn't read what I wrote...I would NOT recommend based strictly on the pricing..Brandy the mgr is fantastic, but your company pricing is BS..
