I rented entirely online and they sent all the information, even giving me a call to confirm and answer any questions. I even bought a lock through that process that they left in the unit with my welcome pack. If I had actually reviewed the info they sent, my move in would have been seamless, but I'd been driving all day and was already tired, so I'm sure they enjoyed my antics on camera as I tried to figure out where my unit was and how to get into it.
