I would like to leave a review for Stacy, a PHENOMENAL employee at the Warrenton, VA location. I had been driving around to aid my dear friend named Sharon that had a crazy day filled with many mishaps. I had to get Sharon to the Cubesmart site to leave her van there because where she had it parked was no longer a safe location. We had to wait for the tow truck to come and pick up the van, and instead of having to wait 30 minutes, we actually waited for almost 2 hours, as the tow man had a prior emergency he had to handle. Super easy to set up a unit. I never had any issues getting into the unit, and when interacting with any CubeSmart staff I always had a polite and professional experience.
