Katie at the Warrenton location helped me greatly throughout the whole process when it came to comparing storage unit sizes and what would fit best for my storage needs.
Had a great experience. Clean well-managed facility. Brandi was exceptional, competent, and a great employee. Give her a raise!
We stored household items at CubeSmart in Warrenton, VA, during house renovations and a move. The place was always kept clean, including the restrooms, and everything was easy and without any problems. Brandi was super helpful when we moved out of storage, ensuring that we were out of the space before next month’s rent charge kicked in. All-in-all a positive experience.
Brandi and Katie were very professional and patiently answered all my questions. Brandi took the extra step of recommending a business that receives donations. Good overall experience!
Katie was fantastic
