Brandi was fantastic. I was running out of space in my storage unit and she was able to move me into a unit twice the size that will cost me less monthly! She was an absolute pleasure and a bright spot in my day!
Deceptive. Moved all items into Storage in February. We are now in April. Was told the promotion was the first month free and the remainder of the months will be 40% off. I even asked her “Okay, so my payments for this unit, on a monthly basis, will be $175” She said “Yes ma’am” I happily agreed and signed. I receive an email this morning stating that next month, the rent will increase to $222. That’s almost 30%!
