This was my second attempt at renting a storage unit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful Arif was. At the other place, they seemed annoyed when I asked questions, and when I needed help with a payment, they just told me to figure it out—like I was bothering them by even being there. Arif, on the other hand, gave me a tour, showed me how to get to my unit, and clearly explained the policies and simple rules. The whole process was smooth and easy!
I want to commend Arif at the Springfield (Steel Mill Drive) location! He was so gracious and patient when I rented my space! He thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions! Arif truly deserves 5-stars!
