Albert was very friendly and informative! It was very nice to meet him!.
We were greeted warmly and professionally when we arrived to complete our rental agreement. They explained everything in detail about access, hours, and if issues arise how to contact someone after hours. So far our experience with CubeSmart is outstanding!
Bobby and Justin were a great help great customer service sorry I took long to put a review been very busy the storage is more then I expected thank you very much for your kindness
Alberto and Justin were very helpful in our search for a unit and in explaining how things work. They were able to help us come up with a plan that worked well for us and they were both friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and escorting us over to walk the unit to be sure it would meet our needs.
