I stopped by to help a friend move some things into their storage unit, and I was really impressed with the service. Liz was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She answered all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely cares about the service they’re providing. Great experience overall!
Rip off been here 6years never late on payments keep raising prices.Would Never recomend.You would think they would have somesort of point system or whatever! Can't wait to get out of there!!! What a scam!!! No senior or veterans discount either.Should be ashamed
Discrimination for seniors, divorced and life change event people. I have been told their business model is priced on short term storage use only ; they bait you in with low initial offers. Mine was 164 its now $295 its unaffordable when you downsize from divorce and major life event. They continue to increase every 3-6 months as well. They dont consider long term customers having rent of units always - they claim they have demand so they can raise prices. But if i leave they no longer get $295 they return back to lower rate... read more
Nice and easy very nice place.
I really like the location very easy to find from Rte 2 in Gardner MA. Place is well maintained and clean. Employee who worked with me was very friendly/efficient/knowledgeable and helpful. Hard to find people who are great at their job. I was able to move in on the same day. I did get the promotion that was available for that day and I was also given the monthly price without any problem didn’t even have to ask .
