This storage unit was so simple to book, so convenient both with location and size of the units and their staff is always super friendly and nice, especially Trina who was lovely and so helpful.

The location is very convenient. Facility is kept clean. That’s where the positives end. Good luck finding someone in the office during posted open hours. Even when you do find someone on property, if you ask for help they will tell you that they “will be in the office in an hour”. So you are supposed to wait around for an hour for help. That might be acceptable if you could depend on it. They say they have the perk of using the facility truck for free. Whelp, it is always out of service.
