Very clean and decent environment to rent storages. I believe. And look forward and continuing my service . And so far the staff are very respectful and decent people.
They have been very helpful in every aspect possible. I don’t like the fact that if you’re somehow end up being in auction status, they won’t allow you to pay your bill online. You have to physically come to their location. Everything else is impeccable.
The staff is excellent, patient, and very helpful. The facility is clean, has carts to transport goods, and has nice bathrooms to use. It is well lit, safe, and easy to use.
I’ve been a customer here for a couple of years and now live in another city. I called concerning my bill and spoke with AJ for the first time since coming here. From the time he answered the phone until our conversation ended he was extremely pleasant to speak with. I had a lot of questions, and he was quite patient and knowledgeable.
