Very friendly lady at the front desk! She answered all my questions, showed me to my storage unit and even wished me luck on my travel plans for work! Location is very safe and clean. Even provided storage carts to make my move easier. Update a year later and updating stars. After 3 months of having my items in storage I entered to find it infested with spiders and dead ants. I mean they sprayed and there was a layer from the ceiling of dead ants covering all of my boxes and items. Ants are seen running around the outer area... read more
The guy who I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me pick the best unit
Found lots of mold on shoes and clothing, when we to the manager we were told to file a claim, the claim was denied even though we paid the extra for insurance. Talking to other customers they had the same issue with mold.
