ADIS was very knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I really appreciated the time he took to explain matters and help me out.
This cubesmart location has changed over time. When I first joined it was so good. Planning on moving out of here. The new lady they hired is so rude, of no help and literally doesn't do anything. I went to buy tape and she ignored me kept me waiting smh, their loss. Next thing, I went to lowes and bought a whole bunch. Any time I come, they don't have carts like wth 2 cars in parking lot and no carts?! Make this make sense. ADIS WAS EXCEPTIONAL !!!! I’ve been with CubeSmart for years and I have NEVER had a better experience than I did with this outstanding representative of your company. Personally over the years there were times when I was ready to take my storage business elsewhere as customer service was sometimes rude and sub standard BUT… Today I can say that the reason my storage is at CubeSmart is one reason and one reason ONLY / and his name is ADIS !!!
