Great customer service. They listened actively and provided me what I needed.
You guys did okay. Even though the computers were down for awhile on one day, the manager found a way to open the door so we could load my storage room up again. Way to go!
Had tge best customer service ever. The last was so sweet an was very helpful. The only problem I had was today I couldn't get inti the building an I was standing out there for 30 mins with customer service before the young lady came an she couldn't even get it. I had to work so I left I still haven't gotten a call back from anyone yet. About my storage. Not even s discount on my next months bill or anything. Over all the young lady was great
