I have been a CubeSmart customer for almost 2 years and my experience has been wonderful. The staff (Bree and Ronnie) have been excellent and extremely helpful everytime I call or come into the office. I was a former Public Storage customer, and the experience has been very different in an elevated, positive way. The facility is always clean, the staff is kind, and access is very easy. I'm very pleased with my decision to move to this location.
The worst customer service I've ever had. I've been trying to get my security deposit back for weeks and I never get it. I drove over two hours to get to the facility. They don't comply with the legal schedules and I'm tired of this situation. According to them I already collected my money which has never been true. Then we came to an agreement to pick up my money when I get here it's closed.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Prices too high and too often. Dead mice and plenty of droppings. The restrooms are always dirty, nasty and smelly. The staff knowingly allowed soap dispenser to lay on sink instead of refilling compartment. Rings around toilet and just filthy. For the prices that the units are this is unACCEPTABLE. Ridiculous algorithm that they follow and constantly go up in rent. I hope and pray no one will be tenants there. .
Great customer service. They listened actively and provided me what I needed.
