CubeSmart's Bound Brook NJ location is a nearly new storage facility (only 3 years old). The two women managing the location are very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the whole rental process a breeze, and gave us a tour of the building and our rental unit before we signed the rental agreement. The building is very clean and easy to reach, and their price for a 7' x 10' unit offered a great value for our rental needs. The two girls at the front are very helpful! They only helped me set up a new unit but also closing existing unit. Very easy process, very communicative and they just wants you to have an easy day.
This is the 2nd time I have used Cubesmart Self Storage for my personal storage needs. Kim of South Bound Brook was pleasant, most informative and efficient in securing me a storage unit that fits my budget and my need for a particular sized space.
