The experience moving was fine, but the customer service agent wasn't very helpful. I also think y'all should have later hours at your store offices. There should also be direct calls to each site.
The team at CubeSmart in Skokie were incredibly helpful and friendly. The climate controlled unit we rented was clean and easily accessible and I was in and out with all paperwork complete and keys in my hand very quickly. Best customer experience I have had in a long time.
I have had great experience with cubesmart, Mr. Scoll is awesome and very helpful. I will definitely come back to this location.
Jeff and Scott are amazing gentleman. They always go out of there way for me. Thanks fellas your doing a great job.
