Jeff and Johnny both very helpful. Made transferring to a smaller cube very easy.
Staff was not kind. No one was hardly in office during office hours. The outside and bathroom was dirty. After hours you will get locked behind the gates and only police can let you out. Sometimes the elevator isn’t working. Customer service line is very rude. They raise the rates extremely high.
Jeff and his team are the best! He went above and beyond when I rented space last time, locking my unit and sending me the keys when I couldn't get there for a while. The units are always clean, and carts are available for loading/unloading. I highly recommend the facility
The manager Jeff is so helpful and kind. Sorting through storage left by à relative who passed away with multiple units in different locations. This location and company I’ve had the best experience with during an otherwise challenging time. Very responsive to emails.
So far the place is clean and Jeff at the front desk is personable. That goes a long way for me. Easy access to facility. Gate opens with app. That’s a plus. And it’s been a great experience thus far.
