Decently priced, clean storage for short term! Front desk was nice and helpful, move process easy and simple. Definitely will be back if I need storage again
We had a great experience signing up for a storage unit at the Waltham location. We were visiting several storage facilities in the area to decide which we one would go with. Upon walking into the facility we were met in a friendly manner by the manager of the facility, Christine. We explained our needs and Christine took the time to listen and offered a great solution at a fantastic price. Clean facilities. Decent price. They have a bathroom and it's secure. We ran into a bit of an issue with the moving truck, but the reginal manager was able to fix the issue. Update June 2025: they got rid of the good carts, now they are very small and limited. They also are not open late and the locked the bathrooms so you need staff to open them, which they are usually not there. If it was easier to move to another company I would.
Worked fine and as expected. Customer service on Sunday was accessible and effective.
