The people running the place are extremely nice and accommodating. The facility is extremely clean.
Check in process was great. Facilities were well kept. I brought a lock (master #8) that was too big for unit slide lock, so I appreciated the lock to purchase that fit. The problem was the road in front was pitched very steeply (staff said it was for drainage), but it caused my truck to be pitched about 20 degrees while unloading. This added steps to my unloading process because it meant hand unloading. I could not stack boxes for hand truck. I could not use the lift gate because of the pitch.
