I just closed out my storage at Cubesmart because we moved and Cary & Jenny handheld my account closing. They were very personable and helpful and handed the transaction with professionalism and ease. Cubesmart Centerville is under new management and these girls are doing an amazing job. They were very kind and the office was well organized. I’m sure CubeSmart will benefit greatly from having such amazing employees! Thanks Jonathon
I was welcomed and taken care of by a lovely lady when I went in to the Storage Unit and thank you for your kindness it really means a lot. Most of us don't go to Storage units because things are going great in life and ide had a pretty shitty day and it was nice to do business with Miss Carrie. I'm sorry if I didn't get the name right but I'll remember after a couple visits.
Cary was very professional, helpful, and kind! would recommend!
Cary and Genny are so awesome! I came into their office as a technician to do some work. The office was clean. And they were both very hospitable, friendly, and professional ladies. They offered me food and drinks! If I lived closer this is where I would store!
