I absolutely loved the staff, especially the general manager Cari Massey. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING, and she goes above and beyond to assist customers. But I have rented storage units in multiple states (Virginia and California) for about 15 years. And I have NEVER experienced such a significant price increase during a two year rental period through any other storage company.
