I rented a storage unit with CubeSmart on May 25. On June 3, I realized I needed additional storage space and called to arrange for another unit located close to my existing one. The representative I spoke with, Penny, informed me that she had suitable units available and assisted me with what I understood to be a transfer. Galen provided me excellent customer service and product knowledge. He also gave me a tour! Excellent work ethic! Had I not remembered to call him . He was planning on calling me w/in the next hour. Just to give you a back story: We spoke previously over the phone, the day before, about me upgrading to a bigger unit! And I'm glad to say I plan to do just that I will be upgrading from a 5x5 to a 5x7 and 1/2!
Great experience overall. Facility is clean and when we had to upgrade the gentleman working there gave us a lot of details on the available options. He even found a larger unit on the same level to make the move easier.
I was greeted and treated with caring detail in setting up my account. Units were clean and were well taken care of, I would recommend this facility to anyone.
