The facilities are very nice and clean. EDIT AS OF 5/1/2026. I was contacted by the site manager Penny who explained the whole misunderstanding and honored the preliminary deal that we had discussed about. It appears there was a miscommunication with the store front on the day of the check in. Our first experience was with Penny. We had trouble opening the lock on our unit. She was NO help. She said there was nothing she could do to help us because it was our son’s name on the contract. We got him on the phone and asked if we could show her Identification and he could verify that we could enter the unit. Nope was her answer. We finally got the lock to work ourselves.
