let me tell you what CubeSmart thinks “customer service” looks like — I’m outside my car, about to grab my stuff to put in my own unit, and the manager is posted at the double doors like she’s guarding the gates of hell and decides to throw out some loud, sarcastic comment about being “tired of people shaving in the bathroom.” I hadn’t even walked in yet. hadn’t said a word. just existing was apparently enough to trigger her. it’s not about policy , it’s about her ego. she walks around like managing a storage facility gives ... read more
