So far so good. Lexi was really nice and very helpful. Unit looks clean and well kept.
Although it’s a clean unit, that’s how it should maintain It is a new location only been up there for about 4 to 5 years, Customer service is horrible. The managers have cranky attitude and real snappy. The district manager is the same way so I see why all the managers act the same they are not people friendly at all. They are super sarcastic and really strict with what you put in a storage unit. I’m not allowed to store my electric scooter which I find bizarre.
This is my 2nd time at this location. Your customer service representative, Lexi was amazing. She's professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get the unit I needed, on the 1st floor and at a great price. Thank you for the great experience and keep up the good work Lexi!!!!!
