I’ve been renting a unit here for 3 years now to store items I use for my job. The staff is great but especially Lexi! She’s always in a good mood and takes care to let me know when a new shipment of packages has arrived for me. She even puts them in my unit for me, which I appreciate because sometimes it’s more than 10 packages. The only reason I stay with cubesmart is because of Lexi. She's super helpful and is always responsive to my questions or concerns. She is so pleasant to deal with and is always going above and beyond.
I have been using CubeSmart for years, and can't say enough good things about it. The units are always clean, secure, and easy to access. What really sets this place apart though is the customer service, especially from Lexi. She has been consistently warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful every single time that I have needed assistance.
