I came in today and it was my last day to move out of my apartment. I met Miguel and he helped me choose a unit that matched my needs. Great customer service and Monday is not a usual open day so I was so grateful and blessed that he was available. Thank you so much and again great customer service.

June 6th signed a lease with this cubesmart. Person on duty was aware that the keypad is out of service and reaffirmed that it should be fixed by the following day. On the 8th, me and group of friends drove a U-Haul truck packed with my belongings to the storage to find out that the keypad is still not repaired. It was until nearly four weeks later, June 26th, the keypad is finally back in service. I wish there’s a minus .
So far so good - great customer service from the manager Miguel. The facility is clean & well maintained .
