We have several units at CubeSmart and are quite happy with the facility and Miguel in particular. We have had spaces in several other towns, and by far this is our best experience and Miguel is no small way responsible for that. He handles his job with efficiency and ease and we are glad of it.

Miguel is quite remarkable. He is not only pleasant and helpful, he runs the office, phone, sales, and whatever computer work, like inquiries, ordering supplies, paperwork, but handles problem, crises, emergencies with ease, with never a sense of bother, plumbing, customer concerns, and even clearing snow that was not properly removed by contractors. He keeps the place looking and running quite smoothly.

I’ve had my unit for two years now, and I’m very pleased. Miguel has been consistently helpful and kind. The location can be confusing for people who don’t know the area- and as a woman it can be a little nerve wracking to use the space alone. Today, in a fit of toddler like rage, I couldn’t open my unit door. I hit the door and yelled (we’ve all been there right?!) and someone watching the cameras I assume came to make sure I was okay immediately. Place is great! I just rented a unit and the place is clean. And the Manager Miguel super great guy easy to talk to and remembers my name after telling him once. Which is better than I can do. Not trying to sound like I'm pushing this place on anyone but I've have had few storage units and had few good ones, but this place is nice. Just check it out for yourself. Even if it's just for the candy and chocolate in the office lol

I am currently looking into storage facilities and saw the advertisements outside the Clinton Cubesmart office. Miguel, the office manager, was amazing. He patiently explained the different unit sizes and prices and provided advice on what unit size would best fit my needs. Miguel also provided a tour of the facility which looks well maintained and secured. Overall the Clinton Cubesmart is at the top of my list.
