Peter was once again, very processional, grateful and courteous by our coming back to Cube Smart. He is a gem and a real asset to the company as a site manager. He shows genuine concern for the customer’s needs as well as the company’s interests (the site was just vandalized the night before with the gate chain cut and one cube broken into!). Thanks Peter for remembering us. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that this will be a long term rental for us.

2nd Post: Still happening. Every time I show up the same car is parked. He's just sitting there all day. 1st Post: Security is an illusion. They allow people to work out of their vehicles and take up parking spots. My unit broken into because the employee went home for hours during his shift. Don't get a unit here!
DO NOT RENT HERE. It’s infested with mice, I’m absolutely devastated, I’m currently moving into my own place with my kids after being homeless for 3 years and I come and see everything is ruined by a severe mice infestation. I don’t have money to replace anything. At this point we will be sleeping on the floor at our new apartment and sitting on the floor and eating om the floor om paper plates because everything is ruined. Per the reviews the storage knew about the mice and it’s obvious they have done nothing about it.
