Good sign up experience with Donna - had everything taken care of, saw the unit, looks very good, very thorough explanations of how things work.
Tiffany has been so nice and helpful since I rented this unit.
This storage unit closes elevators while you are inside the lobby to place your things in storage. They have no after-hours help. If the door shuts and your things are in there, you will need to call the cops to get access to your belongings. You can end up locked out, and it becomes a legitimate problem.
Easy experience with this storage site and Tiffany, on-site manager, was informative and hands-on helpful. Plus climate control is perfect and the place is sprayed for pests one/month… I have been at other storage places and this one is the best so far!
