Robert took care of everything for me. He was kind and helpful.
I like my 10X10 climate controlled storage. I just wish I could use it, like gate that opens without a 5 minute wait, or a door that will open when it should. I'm writing this standing at the door, after putting my code in many times and using the app to open many times, and calling the office many times, leaving many messages, and getting no response. This is FUN (Freaking Useless Nonsense!) Moving back to Compass on Cortez!
I had a problem with my auto bill and spoke to Robert D at our facility location on 26th St in Bradenton. He was a very good listener, kind, patient and after taking my info stated he would check into the situation and get back with me. Within 20 minutes Robert called and let me know what had happened and explained who I had to contact to resolve it along with the number I needed to get in touch with them.
