Not customer friendly.Place was clean.Then a few months later the price went up, and then another few months went up again, and again and again. Eventually I was paying more than 100% more. The price more than doubled. Started at about $140 in a 24 months turn around went to $340. Thus all while the same unit was being offered for $160. On their website. I went in to see the facilities and was met by Maria and introduced to Nick Maria was great showed me around. Showed me different sizes and was very professional.

I wanted to give a serious shout out to Joseph, Nick and Maria at Kearney NJ CubeSmart. I have been storing my belongings for five years here. They are so professional, courteous, and helpful. They have always gone a step further than they had to with any issues I’ve ever had! They make me feel important to them, their workplace and they are just super nice genuine people! I had a great experience at the CubeSmart in Kearny, thanks to Maria and her team. I was searching for a storage locker to keep my holiday decorations and had my heart set on a 5x5 unit. However, they only had a 5x4 unit available, which Maria kindly showed me. She also took the time to answer all my questions about the facility and their process, making me feel confident in my decision.
