Kasey was super awesome to work with. She made the process of getting the storage unit set up smooth and easy. The unit was kept very clean prior to us renting it. She made sure we had everything we needed from locks, keys, codes, etc all before we began renting.

The manager (Kaycee?) was kind and helpful. First time ever having a storage unit and I was constantly nervous about my items being damaged. I had my unit for 2 months, no issues and no damages. They let me know prior that the styrofoam on the ceiling comes off and will fall on your stuff. They have plastic covers, my stuff was fine. A quick vacuum and it was good. I also accidentally got charged for an additional month a few days before I got my stuff out of storage and was given a full refund.
