Storage units are not water resistant, and it rained on the inside. Evidence of rats or mice present in the storage units. Not a great option but good for very short term if the location is convenient for you, provided you have sealed, waterproof containers. And of course, rates go up monthly after the promotional period. Overall, I regret choosing this location since I had some expensive stuff ruined due to the poor condition of the units.
