Very friendly employees and super clean facility
I was in the process of moving, and had a Storage already with you. Do I decided to get one closer. My husband ended up getting another one closer to us. So then I went to canceled this one which I had already paid for. I never moved in, when I called to let them know, I was told I was not going to get my money back!
I’ve been waiting for over three days to get into a locker because I lost my key and you guys can’t takeoff the lock that you make us by.
We just moved in. The gals in the office were very helpful. Plenty of carts! We are glad we chose this facility. It would be nice if they could do something about the pigeons in the parking garage.
I came in wanting information on a cube and Brittney answered all my questions. She’s very patient and knowledgeable Thank you Brittney
