Facility was fine, I guess. Can't say I've had much experience with storage units. What's unacceptable is that the rent price was raised at least three times during my 1-2 years here. Just before I got my stuff out of there, the rate was about to go up to mid-$400's when it had been mid-$200's when I'd started.
Clean,quiet and spacious
Pros: all indoors, very clean and climate controlled Cons: I started renting a 5x5 unit in September of 2023 for $55 a month with $12 insurance for a total of $67.25 monthly. I was fine with this and figured it it went up it would go up at the six month and twelve month periods. I was notified in January, that rent would be increasing to $68 plus insurance so I was paying $80 a month. I wasn’t happy but didn’t have the time to move things so I made it work.
