I can’t say enough good things about the personnel at this CubeSmart. I’ve had a unit or three there for over three years. Doug and the folks he’s had with him (Jesse in particular) have been so helpful with a lot of unit changes, prepays, etc during that time. They facility is always clean, security is good. My one complaint has nothing to do with the facility or staff, rather it’s about a CubeSmart policy: raising the rates as much as they do every six months really penalizes long term customers.
