I’ve really enjoyed using this storage facility — it’s clean, climate-controlled, conveniently located, and the communication has been excellent. Every staff member I’ve met before has gone above and beyond to help, which is why this review is a bit hard to write. That said, this Friday my visit really stood out (and not in the best way).
