I’ve really enjoyed using this storage facility — it’s clean, climate-controlled, conveniently located, and the communication has been excellent. Every staff member I’ve met before has gone above and beyond to help, which is why this review is a bit hard to write. That said, this Friday my visit really stood out (and not in the best way). Normally, the restroom here is available during business hours, and the team has always been accommodating.
