I wish there was a negative star… the last 4 months dealing with this storage facility has been hell plus no one calls you back this has been a total nightmare. I have had my unit rained in, the gate has been broken since November 2024 and they leave the gate wide open at night plus the back doors to the inside remain open. I met other tenants that said they are frustrated and they don’t feel their stuff is secure. I do not feel safe when i am there plus they mentioned breakins. Units leak all of your property will be water damaged. Manager has poor customer service and will hang up in your face if you can ever get them to answer the phone. Dealt with plenty of facility and this one is by far the worst. 10/10 would not recommend. Have pictures and videos of all water damage and where it was still leaking in all of the unit.
It's a good place to have storage. Need gates and doors fixed. And people need to clean up there mess when they move out.
