Excellent service
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there was an issue with the space I was assigned. Was supposed to have received a map as an email attachment, not attached. The staff was unable to find a map on her computer to print. We were left wandering around the place trying to find the numbered space and could not find it due to most of the numbers on the ground being too faded to be visible. After 20 minutes of wandering around, I asked to be given a new space where the number was visible.

Just got my unit today . And the young lady that works in da office was nice professional and honest on everything about the company and lease.
I reserved a unit at the Memphis location. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. The office was inviting and Cheyenne was pleasant and professional.
