Great service
I checked out a few storage facilities in the area and they are all comparable. Some are a little cleaner and cooler than others but not a lot of difference, especially if it's a newer building. This place is clean and conveniently located for me. However, the real deciding factor for me was Mark. Extremely helpful, professional, and straight forward, he is the reason I chose this company. Mark was super helpful. Unit was ready, clean, move in was painless. I did find it a bit shocking that cold water was not offered to myself (senior citizen) nor my movers. Seems like a no brainer during a particularly stressful/exhausting/super hot Florida summer day. Can’t you add it into your rate? You may have a medical situation there one day, and maybe it should be offered just out of kindness. Mark saved me by pulling from his personal stash, but c’mon .
