On July 22, our family was moving, and we decided to bring some of our belongings to the nearest storage facility located at 1158 McDonald Avenue. I had made an online reservation for a unit in advance and arrived at the facility with my sister, two adult sons, and daughter to complete the paperwork and unload the van. We rented units at this storage facility for over two years, and unfortunately, the biggest and most consistent issue was the staff. The employees were consistently unfriendly, unwelcoming, and showed no interest in helping with even the simplest questions. They often looked annoyed when approached, never greeted us, and were sometimes outright rude. Getting help or information felt like pulling teeth.
