There is a saying that I heard many years ago how a person's personality, care and concern for others can really make a difference to an outcome. That person for me is CubeSmart General Manager Mike. I received a card in the mail saying my unit was increasing (I just had an increase less than a year ago) which was a struggle, and now this increase would start in less than a month.
