The facility is good but very disappointed with the customer service. I had asked well in advance about the terms of the Free van for move in but at no point did they mention that there are only specific times that we can rent the Van. To add to this the sales/cust rep there Niam was so rude and dismissive. It was as if I had made the blunder and didn’t inherently know about this fact. I've had this unit for a while. The staff is great upon getting you to sign but as far as servicing and keeping a customer that's where they fail. My unit price has continued to go up. I've tried to contact someone for billing and maintenance on my account and no one is willing or able to help unfortunately. I called the office and they didn't care.
