The elevators are not working still Monday 12/01/25. I went on Saturday 11/27/25 to get my Christmas stuff and both elevators were broken. Told to use the stairs, how you want me to carry my stuff from the 3rd floor. This is a constant problem whether it's one elevator or both not working.
Elevators are always broken! Stay far away from this storage facility!
For your safety and sanity do not use this storage facility. My son just contracted for a unit so we could store his furniture ahead of his pending move. The facility has two elevator banks. One bank has been inoperable for at least the past month since my son’s rental started. The past couple of days, the one and only remaining elevator bank is broken and inoperable. Recently just downsized our storage unit to save some money. Thought the process would be tough but, it wasn't. Na'Cole the general manger, was a huge help! Patient, considerate and professional. Easy to talk to and very nice. Thanks again! You need at help Cubesmart, just ask for Na'Cole.
