Upwards of 9000.00 dollars of my belongings in this storage facility had warer damaged plus heat damage , mold and rodents chewing on electrical appliances. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the local on duty manager which never responded to any request. The ridiculous insurance that cube smart pushes you to purchase only covered 2000 of the damages but they fought me the whole way even after admitting guilty and responsibility.
I just moved out of my storage unit today, and I just had to stop and leave a review of the staff at this facility. My stuff was kept pest free, even though I didn’t have a temperature controlled unit. The staff were always available and kind when I needed them. I did not even mind the slight price increase on my unit after the first year, because I knew my items were already being stored in the safest, cheapest location. Just a wonderful group of people. Thank you so much
