Cost continues to climb on a regular timetable. You can get an ok deal up front, but the cost climbs again and again and again. Not all checks are accepted as payment. Office is often locked with a call for help number on the door. I moved out before they responded so They never really worked with me on price or checks.

It was difficult to find a trustworthy place that's temperature controlled and well-monitored to store all of my things, and I'm glad I found this one. During the nearly 2 years that I had items there, I never had an issue. The staff have all been kind and responsive, Luis in particular was super helpful during my recent move! The only thing I'd note is that they do periodically raise prices, so don't be surprised if that happens.

I’m here at Arvada, CO, my Cube. From setup to using the access was and still is incredibly simple. The staff is extremely helpful when you need an assist. Love how they use local Street Name signs for the aisles! There’s 3 levels of clean, shiny alleys with comfort from the air conditioning or heat during seasons. DOUBLE WIDE ENTRIES on 2 sides! This is my 2nd storage company in 14 months. There were so many issues at the first one, including harassment from a male customer and I felt unsafe. The 2nd one was just too far away for me. Thankfully I have a friend with a unit at this location and it allowed me to see that it was. Great fit for me. I had no clue how great, until I went into the office and worked with Luis. Renting here was a breeze! With help from Luis, I was able to set up a unit and auto pay super easily! Luis was very kind, and willing to answer all of my questions, and the property is clean and appears to be really well kept. I will definitely be recommending this location to my family and friends!
