Lelani was very professional and nice. She explained everything in detail and showed me several units to make sure I got the right one. Highly recommend CubeSmart.
I have used this facility for several years without issue, even before it changed to a Cube Smart, but the last year it has gone downhill rapidly. The units are advertised as climate controlled and over the cold months, they had an electrical panel go down and it was obvious there was no climate control; it was freezing in there. The broken electrical panel took out the use of the elevators and the coded entry pads to get inside so you were only able to access the facility while a single worker was there during normal busine... read more
Sam did a fantastic job, very professional and friendly! Would definitely recommend renting from here because their management has things under control.
I have been renting here for several years. It has been a great experience and could not see myself renting anywhere else. Sam Martinez is a professional who accommodates needs and challenges if/when they arise. Hands down best place to rent in the Old Town area. Leilani is also a great help so if you need a good place to keep your things, check out this Cubesmart!
