Carlos was wonderful getting me checked in. He was about to leave to assist another location, but made sure I was taken care of.
I've had a storage unit here for about 2 years and the property is always cleaned up and staff has always been helpful and respectful
The manager was professional, friendly and very helpful. He explained the paperwork with me as I signed it.

Staff are always friendly but seems to lack in the follow up department. Recently had items stolen and was told I would be contacted once security cameras were looked at, never was contacted. Kind of a serious matter to not have any follow-up.. and a bit disappointed.
