I reserved a unit online to lock in my rate. Within 10 minutes Archie called me to let me know my info was received and I have the option to finish reservation online or he can do it when we arrive soon. Archie explained all details.

I have been at this same storage facility for YEARS. It was always so clean and so well maintained. I ended up leaving 01/27/2026 due to a rat infestation! I had one outside unit and several inside units. There were rats in every single one of my units. I even found a dead rat in my outside unit. It was so bad that I could actually hear them running up in the duct work! Many of my belongings had rat poop and urine on them. I have read a few reviews that said there was not a problem. I am here to tell you there is!
Great price and facility is both quiet and clean!
