Facility locks it's gates from the inside at 10pm. We were locked in for hours and could not get anyone to help. Phone number only went to voicemail. Left message of urgent matter...no reply. Online chat no help. I've never experienced dealing with a storage that locks their customers in. Locked from the outside at certain yes, but you always be able to exit.
Went to see a 5 x 10 unit to store my things. Antonia helped me by showing me the unit, she answered any questions I had and she made sure my code worked for the gate. I like that the lock comes with the price and that I get up to 5k insurance for 19 dollars a month.
The process went smoothly and everything was explained clearly. Great effort was made to make sure our unit was clean and ready. We are very happy with the process thank you.
