Bob is quite literally the kindest gentleman alive. Was so helpful and my unit is incredibly large and so cheap! It's safe from the rain which makes my family happy, and their carts are high quality. You even get your own lock which is probably the nicest lock I've ever owned (tbh), and it comes in a gift bag with instructions to the app. I'm all the way on the third floor and I haven't found the experience to be challenging or awful in any way. Much love to the manager Bob, he's an angel. :')
