I had the easiest time renting a storage unit at CubeSmart. I wasn't sure of the size and Deonna showed me the units to help me visualize what I needed to store so I could pick the right size. She was awesome. The process was fast and easy, maybe about 10 minutes to get everything set up. Would definitely recommend CubeSmart.
Long time renter (since 2017) at this location. Deonna is great to work with. Recently she alerted us to a savings by moving to a different unit, she helped with loaning us a temporary lock. Process to change units was easy, she had us update insurance information and we signed documents on the web. Happy customers at this location!
Deonna at the Sugar Land location on Hwy 6 was great. The storage building is convenient, secure and clean.
Mrs.Deonna was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She is going to make sure you leave satisfied! If you are looking to lease a storage unit, I would use cube smart just because of her customer service!!
