I had a really good experience getting a storage unit here. Susan was very helpful and kind with me and was more than glad to show me the unit I reserved online. She is very informative and helpful in walking me through the process. I'm glad to have met her and look forward to seeing her again when I come through there.
I had the BEST experience today! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely taken care of. Ms. Deonna was beyond amazing—kind, patient, and made sure all my needs were met with ease. And shoutout to Mr. Eric, who was training today—he did a fantastic job! The whole process was fast, efficient, and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. I left feeling confident and excited about renting here.
Deonna was amazing. We rented a second unit and she helped us with everything and was patient with showing us the units . Loved her energy …. Anu Madhu !!
