The gentleman who was assisting me was very polite and help full. He even cut the plastic that enclosed my new lock to make it easier to get out of it package. Over all a great service and deal.
Alex was thoughtful and listened to my situation. I told him what I needed and he gave recommendations and showed me various sizes to see what would fit my needs the best. Highly recommend CubeSmart, specifically the Elyria location
