The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Otto is wonderful. However I would call around before getting a unit there. My ex got one just last month and they only charged him $100.00 a month. I got one recently and charging me almost $160.00 a month and it’s the same size as his and right next door to mine!!!
The manager in charge is great n very helpful in so many way! I believe his name is Otto, great guy n great person to work with!😁😁😁
Otto is such a great example of what companies should strive for when looking to hire an employee. Over the weekend we had trouble getting into our unit because the lock was faulty. It was after office hours when we realized it so we left a message and had to wait until Monday. We hadn’t been there in a few weeks so we were only imagining the worst scenarios of what could be wrong.
