Easy check in process, rented and moved in the same day
I had a great experience with CubeSmart on Langston Blvd. The manager was very cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even called me back and waited for me, which I really appreciated. The facility was clean, well-kept, and organized. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this location.

The facility in Merrifield Virginia needs a lot of improvement. The gate next to the office is left open throughout the day, so It is not climate-controlled even though you pay for it in the rent. The security cameras have been taken down from where they were located in the main office. Thirdly, since the gate is left up, there are more chances of unwanted "visitors" coming in. Until these problems are fixed, I would not recommend renting a unit from this facility.
