Kevin at the front desk was super helpful. Friendly and helped me figure out the most cost effective solution. Nice facility. Is it a little expensive? Maybe, but it’s very clean, safe and climate controlled…. And very conveniently located, so you get your money’s worth.
The staff ruins what is a wonderful facility. They are rude, combative, and raised their voice at me. The management are worse than the associates in that they see their role as policy enforcers rather than guest service professionals. I will be leaving at my earliest possible convenience and not recommending this location to anyone simply on the basis that the treatment is abysmal despite the excellent condition of the facility. Remarkable that these managers are still employed, let alone empowered.
