UPDATE: I'm reducing my review to 1 star-- Cubesmart responded to my review below saying that I should reach out to them. I reached out to them immediately, and nearly 2 weeks later they still haven't responded. Their reply to my review makes it look like they are responsive... when in reality they aren't. --- So disappointed with this facility. So disappointed with this facility. I'm giving 2 stars because when I have reached employees by phone they have been kind and helpful. On my move in day, I was told I could arrive at 9:30am to register and get into the storage unit. No one was at the facility when I arrived (and no sign saying they stepped away), and after calling multiple times and leaving messages I was unable to get in touch anyone at the store.
