Seems as though the customer service goal of this location is to collect money and give you a hard time. This afternoon at around 4pm, my roommate and I came in to grab some items. As pedestrians, we chose to enter through the lobby to avoid any unsavory interactions with a carload of folks entering through the car access gates.
