Nobody was in the office for me to check in. They said they are sending someone from another store, never came, never called to tell me, said they would send someone else. I got charged double for my truck rental because I had to wait so long for someone to show I was late returning it
Had a problem signing up online for a new large unit and did not get the first month free as promoted - apparently a software/website problem. The only person who could fix the issue was off that day from work. The store manager was courteous, professional, and spent over an hour trying to help me but was hindered by the fact that only his supervisor could fix it. Lack of access to the bathroom when office is closed is also an issue that could be fixed especially for lengthy move ins by erecting a wall enclosure. Additional ... read more
