Nice place but have to complain. For the last few days, My fiance could not get into the facility to get his tools/ materials for work due to this crane & trucks obstructing the entrance into the facility. Apparently they are replacing the overhead cubesmart sign. This is becoming a huge headache & inconvenience not just for my fiance, but to every storage unit renter trying to get into their units. Great experience , very easy and sufficient. Representative that helped us was able to accommodate us arriving close to closing time, we greatly appreciated considering we had some items to store asap
Rented storage here for 2 years and every interaction with every enployee here has been atrocious. From mispelling my email and having my personal information e-mailed to a random person to a horrible time of trying to get ahold of any employee here when I needed to. Finally to add insult to injury, they expected me to sweep and mop the storage unit after I moved out. Its like there are no workers here everyone is just a horribly out of touch manager.
