Hector is the best! Friendly, great service whenever we need any help. Thanks for having such a wonderful manager!
The staff member named Hector was very professional! He advised us on the differences between the storage sizes, and took us to each unit to view. I highly recommend that you speak with him if you need any storage units in the Mt. Prospect area. Thank you, Bob&Delia
Great customer service. Knowledgeable in regards to my needs with space. Thank you Hector!!!
Hector was amazing! As a first-time storage customer, he made me feel very comfortable and made the whole process easy. His communication, professionalism, and customer service were excellent. I even forgot my lock when I left, and he chased me down to make sure I got it. Definitely appreciate his attentiveness and would recommend him!
