I would give this company zero stars!!! I rented a facility from this group with the guidance of April, the manager. I had a moving company put my things in storage as I was headed out of town for business. I had plans to fly back into town, go the the unit I never saw and get my change of clothes to fly out for several more months of doing business. I LOVE this facility!! I called several storage facilities and had most of the people who answered the phones (when someone did answer) be extremely rude to me. I was surprised when I spoke to April, who was polite and helpful. She helped me pick out the right size unit and even looked up the phone number to Uhaul for me. When I arrived at the facility James (I think his name is) took me to my unit, which was clean and before I moved in James lubricated the door so it was easy to open. I Would give this company no stars at all. I had completed my time with them, paid all of my fees and sent an email telling them that they no longer had the ability to use my credit card. I knew that James, the owner, was usavory and so when the date for them to use my credit card I checked it online and sure enough they took more of my money. I called my bank who took back the money and then took 3 months to review whether the money was mine or theirs. They determined that Carson City Storage had tried to steal my money and... read more
