Today I worked with Julian who helped me overcome a slight tech issue. After fixing my problem, he kindly showed me to my storage unit. He was both prompt and courteous. Plus, I got a great price on the unit.
Very helpful and professional
Julian, at the Monroe Street office, met me at the office door, walked me through the storage space, loaded the app worh me and answered all my questions. He’s a warm, friendly amd helpful guy. The place was clean and well maintained and the price was right! Moving my stuff in soon and I expect that too will be a good experience. Highly recommend them.
Julian was incredible kind and helpful in finding me a storage unit. Especially impressive as he was covering two locations at the time. My storage space was clean and the instructions made it very easy for me to access on my own.
