They are too greedy with their minute by minute pricing, rules and regulations and I don't beleive their vacancy statements.
Watch the pricing. They raised the rent by $245 within a few months. Read the contract because they give themselves permission to spike the price. The motion sensor lights are annoying as you can't stand still for more than a few seconds or they turn off so when I was trying to put some shelves together I had to constantly stop and walk 10'-15' back and forth to trip the lights on again and you can't just wave your hands- no; you have to walk back and forth.
